★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a great experience at this bank..my husband was having some issues with his Visa card..one of the tellers by the nsme of Debbie walked him through all the issues...she was in no hurry till everything was sorted out..she went well beyond her duty as a teller..this lady is a real gem..thank you..

Been going through a nightmare in getting supplies, which they do not create in branch and have no control over, and my frustration level was growing.
I’m already a little ball of fury as it is.
Yet the staff are so helpful, professional and empathetic that I immediately find myself remembering I’m dealing with people and not an institution. Mainly because they deal with me as a person and not just an account number.
Hope the upper management knows what a group of gems the staff there are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly dislike this bank for many reasons, I don't have anything against the staff because they are very nice and helping. Its the actual company itself. I went and applied for my debit card and they said they were shipping it to me and it would be delivered soon to me, but it never showed up and i went in and they told me they could issue me one, so 3 weeks wasted when they could've just handed me one at the beginning. The online banking is like always down . Today for example my card was getting declined, I went to check the website on my computer, couldn't see my money and there was loads of error messages, so i went on my phone, loads of errors there too, awesome!
