OPEN 7/7 ,and since 2020 I live in osoyoos and realize that in the weekend penticton branch is close..I guess they don't care anymore about people like me that work 5/7 8am to 5h30pm ,the only branch open for me is 1h45 min drive. Thank you td
M	Mandy Mcpherson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to deposit cash after a long day at work for a bill that's due tomorrow morning and as usual the drive through ATM isn't working AND the doors to the atms in the lobby is locked with a note "sorry to our customers for the inconvenience". I'm done being apologized to for their inconveniences, I'm opening a new account somewhere else and cancelling my useless td account with its 'way too high' bank fees. If you're thinking about opening an account there, dont bother. You cant deposit or withdraw cash 99% of the time if you work during their store hours.

As a Full time Employee and busy mother, the hours are very inconvenient and the ATM's are rarely functioning. Its becoming extremely difficult and frustrating. I put a lot into this bank, and I wish I could be provided with the same amount of respect and support.
T	Trent LeBlanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banking is NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL! Both TD banks remain closed on Saturdays in Penticton not to mention many are open on Sundays still. What’s worse is after hours or on the weekends there is only ONE atm to deposit cash into which NEVER works. There’s more accessible TD atms at the Chevron gas stations. That should tell you something.
K	Kyla Gaudiuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experienced a bank that has only a drive thru atm as their only option for banking on a Saturday morning, and even at that, does not even accept cash for deposit! This is becoming a huge joke in town, as this bank’s atm is constantly not working and the bank is never open at convenient times. As a customer for over 25 years, who lives 1/2 hour away, I’ve already transferred my mortgage and my credit card to another bank, and now I’m seriously considering our personal accounts as this is not convenient, not good customer service and not worth my monthly banking fees.

Your drive thru ATM is out of service or not accepting deposits ect. Time to open back to regular hours like the rest of the world. Definitely thinking of keeping my cash else where with better access.
R	Roger Wiebe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I give 0 stars? We received the more abysmal service from Stephen Aitcheson. Avoid him at all cost. He fails to respond to emails and/or phone messages. When asked to address his lack of attention to his job, he will have many ridiculous excuses like, “you must not have the right number.” Complaining to TD will be a waste of time as they don’t value the relationships they are meant to have with their clients. The bank comes first and there is no second. We closed all of our TD accounts and cancelled all of our TD credit cards today. Go to Valley First. They do everything better!
