J	John Kellerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up a SIM card and the staff insinuated right away that I knew nothing about the process. Spoke condescendingly to my girlfriend and I. The moment I mentioned the setup had to be done online by a sales rep I'd been dealing with they practically threw the card at me and said "Rogers doesn't know what they're doing over the phone, good luck with that". Guy working has long pointed and painted finger nails. I guess customer service doesn't matter unless the employee can make a buck. Not going to return to this location, ever again. 2 stars are for the fact that I got the sim card I guess.

I was planning on purchasing a new phone and I had spoken with Customer service agents prior to going into the store and they had asked me to go in person to see if they had the phone I was looking for. Upon arrival I was greeted with very Rude, very unfriendly and unhelpful service. I would not recommend this store at all and for that I AM now NOT WILLING to become a ROGERS customer.
