★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A classic mall in the heart of Penticton. A good selection of stores, but has seen better times. The food court has been hit especially hard by Covid, so not much selection there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a photo errand to run @London Drugs. Arrived during an ebb in clientele, got excellent help from a young lady staff member!???My prints were well done, printed quickly & framing was also figured out knowledgeably.
Heartily recommend this outlet?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome so many stores great staff nice and friendly! I would suggest going here 100% its a nice mall nice and clean location is nice, great place to walk to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good mall, though there seems to be a lot of stores coming and going, and the food court has really gone down hill in recent years! Overall it’s a good mall for a town of around 40,000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years ago a I went to the mall after my volunteering at the food bank. I spent 5 hours just walking around and looking at stuff. When I was sitting down, a security guard approached me and asked if I was okay. I said yes and the security guard told me if I'm not going to buy anything then I have to leave. I believe that this man thought I was going to steal something because I'm black. I wasn't causing any problems or bothering anyone. I was just minding my own business. I didn't like way how he was talking to me like a criminal. I would shop somewhere else but this is the only mall in Penticton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It use to be such a booming place. But they've taken out over half of the food court, the stores are more "elderly" based. London drugs and save on are my only stops when visiting now this mall is in need of more modern shops as opposed to speciality shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall has become boring. London Drugs is great but things like the food court (only two choices at this time) and the stores are not crowded anymore. Not much has changed for years. It used to be better, back in the day but there really isn't much to get excited about there.?
