M	Makinna Owen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible haircut. Looks very uneven and choppy. Went home feeling very upset. Only wanted a small trim and he cut off so much hair. I told him I didn’t want the hairstyle changed and he changed it completely without asking me.

I had gone in to get my just above shoulder length hair thinned out, and when I went to pay I was extremely shocked the total was 45.00. if you got the funds to throw around for as simple thinning of your hair then I recommend this hair salon.
A	A Bragg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, the appointment was rushed, and the colour was atrocious. The salon did nothing to rectify the situation and were even going to charge me full price for a service I did not like. I would not recommend this salon to anyone nor will I be returning.

I was so unhappy, I ended up going to another hairdresser so she could fix it! She commented how bad this cut was as well! It cost me double and I will never return to Chatters!

Ive had a perm done before and I was excited and expecting it to turn out similar to my last hair perm a few years back, however it wasn’t done properly and I felt like the front part of my hair didn’t turn out at all so I went back to ask them to fix it! Which I regret doing now because she cut 4 inches off of my bangs! And its a crooked cut going upwards not along side my face! I felt like I was getting a horrible cut for complaining about my perm. I was even told to go in at 4 so I marked it in my calendar at 4 but upon arriving I was told in a mean tone that I was half an hour late and they weren’t sure if they had time to do it. After being called in though to do it, it turned out to be such an ugly hair cut!! I honestly wish I just went somewhere else both times. I will never be returning here again. Horrible service and very rude staff. So unhappy when I arrived home to take a better look at it.

I even still liked it once I got home, LOL!!! I received a very bad $60 haircut a couple months ago from a competitor salon, and despite usually being very loyal, I opted out of that salon again -- VERY pleased with Chatters and nice to be able to shop in the mall after my cut & style!

He really listens to what you want and takes the time to ensure you like your cut and style. He is super easy to talk to and makes you really comfortable during your appointment. I would highly recommend anyone to see Rudy for a cut, style and colour. Thank you Rudy for the amazing haircut.
