★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for me and the girlfriend we get there 5 minutes before our appointment and all the chairs were full. No one acknowledged us when we got there so after sitting for 10 minutes I said hey we have an appointment and they looked shocked and didn't come up with a sorry or a way to resolve it so we left. It's no wonder why this place is rated so low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and very rough on my finger nails, she was literally being rough on purpose, she was filling sooo ugly and rough I kept moving my hand away because she constantly was being rough and cutting my fingertips with the file, she did not take her time she was very sloppy and rushing the whole process! I definitely will never go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only nail salon I've ever been to where I can go the whole 3 weeks before a fill without any lifting. All the staff are so lovely and friendly and I'm always looking forward to my next visit. They also have an awesome selection of colours!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they did a sloppy job and were in a rush, not to mention that they were very rude! One worker straight out pointed at my sister and called her annoying while she was sitting there and getting her nails done. They were very rude and said I was lying when the price was over 78 dollars when I got a fill! As listed it should’ve been around 60-65 at most. They also filed in all the wrong places as my sister has several cuts on several different fingers. It was bleeding everywhere! They were rude and I will definitely not be going there again. The prices aren’t worth it. Sad how rude they are to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for an acrylic set, pretty simple first photo is what I wanted, second photo is what I got, I told her I wasn't happy with them but she just brushed me off. And she couldn't understand what I was saying. My nails are bumpy. It cost me 85$$$$ and she charged me 5$ to use the debit machine tap feature who charges customers that!! I thought I'd give it a second chance but save your money it's not worth it when there's a language barrier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never been treated so poorly before and not to mention such horrible customer service. the whole place was unsanitary and completely unprofessional when my concerns were brought up. I am disgusted... Today I tried to keep my cool but after the nail tech pushed my buttons I ended up arguing with her... if your so unhappy then you shouldn't be working with people nor be a manager... she was really rough and hurt me multiple times. I tried to make conversation with her and she completed ignored me saying she couldn't hear me, yet she was speaking in her language and could talk to the guy across the room. Wow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always amazing to me. I tend to ask late for a full set as a walk in and they always stay for me. If I need anything fixed up they take care of me kindly. And today I was asked not to pay and given a Christmas gift, a bottle of Zinfindale. Very happy left there smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my daughter in law and I had our manicure and pedicure done at V nails.Thanh and her team are very professional and caring. I had been to this place last year and was very happy with their service so this time when I was back in cold lake I made sure to get my nails done with them and am glad to say that we were not disappointed. Thank you Thanh for the excellent experience we had. We would definitely recommend our friends to try you guys out. Keep up the good work
