★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always grouchy and makes a big deal if god forbid you ever need to exchange anything. Rude customer service. Receipt says they will gladly accept exchanges. Didn’t seem very glad to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although stating mandatory masks on the door out of almost 10 staff members there, only one was wearing a mask while others wandered around putting things away and checking people out at the cash, a cashier even wiped his nose with his hand and kept scanning without sanitizing his hands. Very few customers were abiding by the rules either and it is a tiny cramped store. If covid standards matter to you avoid this store at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to pick up a few items the store had a huge selection of very inexpensive items found what I needed quickly then it gets interesting, my bill came to $11.34 so I gave the cashier a 20 and $1.35 in change making that a grand total of $21.35 so how much change should I have gotten back ?? I got a 5 dollar bill and another hand full of change so if you cant do simple math you shouldn't be working a til so mind your change people!! I couldn't have been bothered to bring this up with the cashier would have been more confusing , too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found some good products from this store but some of their snacks are stale smelling , outdated and just awful tasting !!. I do like that they have sugar free drink mixes that I can't get anywhere else so Kudos $tree !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was full of boxes, very cluttered. Only one ignorant cashier on, Lariena or something like that. Noticed today that most things are now $1.50. Would rather drive the extra time to go to St. Paul Dollar Tree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. One til open with a line at least 10 minutes long with 3 workers standing around doing literally nothing. One wouldn't open a til because "I don't know what I'm doing" the other refused to because "her shift just started" and the supervisor was so rude to the customers who asked if another til could be opened. The manager should be ashamed of their staff. They are low grade for even minimum wage.
