★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I explicitly told the Lady not to cut my hair too short, as it becomes unmanageable and sticks straight up, even going as far as to provide pictures, she disregarded what I said and did her own thing. Low and behold, my hair sticks straight up now. I am never getting a haircut here again, absolutely terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a preset appointment. I had to wait for a haircutter. I described to the haircutter what I wanted which is the amount I wanted taken off and general style. Haircutter kept saying I don't understand what you want, you should have gone online and looked at preset guides for haircuts. Then she refused to cut my hair. I cried after the visit with the way I was treated. I would never recommend this place.
