★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being disappointed with multiple other nail salons in cold lake i finally found the right one, Love, Love, Love this nail salon! The service was fantastic, considering the reasonable pricing they offer ,I really enjoyed the service here. The ladies are very nice, efficient, quick and detail oriented. My nails were shaped and painted so perfectly and over a week later it still haven't peeled!
The girls are friendly.
The place is so clean.
The pedi was so great!
Excellent place to get your eyebrows threaded or waxing done
they offer a big range of colors
I'm glad to have found this place and will be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for green and showed him and he gave me pink!!! They were so aggressive and didn’t massage us like they we’re supposed, I spent 63$ for nothing, when they told me that I only had to pay 60, THEY ADDED 3 dollars, what is this. And the guy who did me was making disgusting, rude looks at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here quite often and normally my nails last about a month if not longer before I need a fill. So I went here last Sunday to get a fill and it seemed like the guy doing my nails was rushing, I didn't really think anything of it because the finished product looked fine to me, so on Monday I realized all my nails were chipped, I'm not super rough with my nails at all. I finally took off the polish the other day because it was flaking everywhere, in my bed, on my couch and on my clothes. While I was taking it off the first coat of polish wasn't even dry!! I'm very disappointed with my last visit and will be visiting the salon, hopefully this time it doesnt chip! Other than that story I've had an amazing time, love their pedicures, and brow tint! Normally nails are better than the last time I went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the nail tech there. Only problem is they only have the one who is really good. Not a lot of selections for designs as he seems to always be in a rush. He is fast and does a good job though. Nails are a week and a half old. Shaping is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love my nails. The young gentleman who did them was so gentle and attentive to me. My only complaints is it was pretty dusty and dirty inside. And they changed the prices on me. When I called to make the appointment I was told one number, then during I was told another. I saved a specific amount for the nails and couldn't leave a tip, which makes me feel so bad because I love love love my nails. If I come back I promise to leave a decent tip, but the lack of cleanliness might deter me for next time.

They took time to do my nails carefully, not hurry up like other nails salons. I will come back, strongly recommend to go this Pronail.
