★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection of pet items is pretty good. Their grooming selection is less to be desired. However, the staff are friendly and will help you to the best of their ability. The main downside now is that the house-brands prices have gone up fairly quickly over the past year. It is no longer a bargain to buy the house-brand food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a box of cow ears as I have 5 times before. This week I was surprised that the price had gone up 30% and was given the excuse of covid and inflation. Called another pet store in the area and the same box hasn't gone up in price. Also, had to request the case discount be applied because i was buying the whole box. The new manager seemed reluctant to give it even though i was buying the whole box of 35 cow ears.

Felt very safe with COVID protocols and welcomed by all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very big pet valu, and they had everything I needed and more. The prices are good, the store is well laid out and easy to navigate, and the staff are exceptional. Thank you for carrying my load to my car-you didn't have to do that, but I appreciate it very much! Five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service and friendliness can be a tough one to teach a new employee. Maybe a friendly staff could be around to say hello and have a nice day until the rookie is more comfortable and catches on. I know it's the staffing issue these days.
