Bought brand new winter tires in 2020 with installation at Huber Bannister. In December, I went back to the service department due to my tires deflating 4 times since the tires were put back on my car ( the rims were never changed). When questioned on why I was being charged 120$ to fix the seal on the tires when a sufficient seal should have been created upon mounting, Audrey my service adviser stated " Im going to get my service manager, I wasn't here when the work was done and BARKING at me isn't going to help the problem". The manager, Cameron did nothing for the unprofessional communication and refused to compensate me for the unsatisfactory work done in 2020. This service was unprofessional, inappropriate, and disappointing. Huber Bannister will not be serving my family or friends in the future.

Instead it was a relaxed, easy going experience, the way buying a car should always be. The entire team was great, we would recommend Huber Bannister to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle.

I got a great price on a new electric car (which I had never driven before) and the whole process went seamlessly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a gently used truck at this dealership after unsuccessfully searching most of southern BC for a new unit. Glen and Roberto were both extremely fair in negotiating on this truck, and gave me an excellent trade value for my 2015. After the fact, they both answered all of my questions and ensured that every item was handled to my utmost satisfaction. There was a small paint blemish on the front bumper that the previous owner had tried to touch up. While the technicians were applying the 3M film that I ordered, Roberto was unhappy with the way that the blemish was going to look so he had the technicians leave the bumper uncovered until they can get a paint person in to fix it properly. I appreciate a team that wants to do the job right the first time. A few days later when I was signing the paperwork the finance manager found an error in the tax calculations, which was in my favor. They could have easily buried that error but they were completely upfront and are refunding the amount owing to me. I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships over the years, and this experience was one of the best I've ever encountered. If you need a vehicle, please go see Glen McNicol at Huber Bannister. You will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW....great dealership experience! Glen McNicol, Roberto and Myles were all great to deal with. We purchase a beautiful 2017 truck and we were treated with nothing but respect. We have done business with other dealerships and only walk out feeling riped off and angry, NOT at Huber Bannister. Glen was so kind, he listened to our needs, and did everything he could to make the deal work. Roberto stepped up to meet our budget without all the haggling back and forth and actually seem to care unlike many Managers. Myles was also a pleasure and made things easy for us to take the step forward. I would highly recommend Glen at Huber, you won't be disappointed!
