Sold me a broken .22 and I went in to buy some ammo for my handgun and just mentioned it poleitly that he had sold me a broken 22 when he was trying to pressure me Into buying another gun. He become aggressive and annoyed and wouldn't even sell me ammo cause he was "miffed" that he sold me a broken savage 64 for full price. Biggest suggestion to you as a business owner don't scare away people by being a d*** who are trying to give you a second chance. Will never shop here again and will make sure none of my friends do either. Buy online save yourself the hassle.

There is nothing special there. And I care about about service about as much as the owners do! Not much. But your selection is uh, nothing special. I never leave reviews cause they take time outta my day, and I don't really care. But I won't be buying much from ya I promise! Why don't you guys retire? You are clearly unhappy, and your lack of knowledge is disappointing.
M	Marko Pastulovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serves it’s purpose for ammunition and arrows and a few other things but that is about it. Prices can be comparable depending on what you want. Staff can be pleasant (depending on the day, that being said we all have bad days) they are quite opinionated and set in their ways on how, what, and where you should hunt. I tend to ignore that aspect and keep articulating what I want and they eventually comply. Knowledge base for Bows is adequate and has some good insight. Rifles I feel they are really lacking (although I have built custom long range rifles for 10+ years so my opinion on this could be skewed) I would recommend Canadian tire in Westbank as they have a greater selection and better a knowledge base for a entry level Hunter or someone who is getting back into hunting, this place caters to more the old guard style hunters (hit the logging roads and cover the miles on a truck with a max 100 yard shot) and the gear selection and view towards hunting support it. Not saying that it is a wrong way to hunt. Just not for me, But as I stated the store serves a purpose
D	Darius E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the most stocked and best selection of any store in the Okanagan. Friendly staff, great senses of humor and very knowledgeable. You are missing out if you do not come here as your first and last stop for any outdoor sport needs!
P	Pennylegion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice selection of fly fishing stuff but it is heavily over priced. Fish fly selection is good too but the quality is not there. 3 - 5 casts max you'll get before they start falling apart. Has happened to many flies I've purchased from here and I've purchased many through out many different months so it's a continuous defect OR they just stock with cheap cheap flies and overprice them. I wouldn't waste your money on fishing supplies here.

Although they don’t sell bows anymore, they kindly replaced a bow string for me after searching through old stock to help me out. I really appreciated the kind service. The end result was a successful crossbow hunt. Thank you so much!
