★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in Osoyoos and borrowed a friend's SUP Board. Unfortunately we lost the fin. Happened to find Sun n' Sup through a Google search and headed into Naramata to see if we could find the replacement fin. Unfortunately the board my friend owns has a certain type of custom fin box and the good folks at Sun n' Sup did not have a replacement for it, but man did they try to find something that would work. From the moment we phoned them to ask for their hours to the moment we were in the store and realizing that we could not get the proper fin they were wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable and obviously love what they do and have a passion for service.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to give them the business they so deserved due to having to order a fin online, but I highly recommend that if you are in the area and have any need for anything SUP related, (or just want to experience great customer service), pop into Sun n' Sup, you will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented bikes from Sun n Sup and mine ended up with brakes that didn't work - meaning I had to walk it down a very long, steep hill. However when we finally called the owner, they graciously came and picked the bike up and even offered a credit for using the SUP boards as an apology. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought three boards from Sun n' Sup. One hard Rogue last year and two inflatable ones this summer, one Kahuna and one RED. After using the Kahuna a few times the glue was visible all around the seams, I mentioned it to Eileen the owner of the store, and she met us a couple hours later to have a look and took pictures to send to the Kahuna rep. I thought that was really good customer service. Two days later she phoned me to let me know that Kahuna was sending me a brand new board, so I was equally impressed with the customer service from Kahuna. The funny thing is that the Kahuna was a great board, but the RED just suit me better, so I mentioned it to Eileen, and she was totally fine with me exchanging the Kahuna for another RED board. I could tell that she wanted me to be happy with my board.
This store does not sell any cheap boards. They sell high quality boards that will last for years. Just like everything else you get what you pay for. I have been comparing my boards to boards from London Drugs and MEC, and I can totally see why I paid more. The quality is way higher.
I'm very happy with my boards and I'm having a lot of fun!

We talked mostly with Eileen and asked her a lot of questions about SUP's and you can tell she is passionate about it and she knows her stuff. Based on talking to her I already have a pretty good idea of what brand I want to buy when I do. The rentals were great. I think we may have went a bit over our time but they never said anything. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and knowledge provided by Eileen is immensely better than anything online. She spent almost an hour with me going over options for boards and answering all my questions. When I came to pick up the board, she ans Rachel showed me all the parts, how to get everything working and packed up again. I was blown away. I have 0 regrets about buying a higher quality and more expensive board because I know I’ll have a great time with it. I absolutely recommend this place
