★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lads were great from start to finish. Went through the operation of the boat clearly, made sure we got our video/photos and then gave us some tips on where to head out to. The boat was great, clean big and Bluetooth sound system. The 8 of us just wish we had another day on it! See you again soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal experience!!! Our boat broke down twice. We finally had to be towed in. The staff were apologetic but the owner Jordan was less so. The boat was old and had apparently just been repaired. Jordan (the owner) failed to call us the next day to discuss the matter. The owner gave us $100 off the rental, but charged us $76 for fuel! Given we didn’t really use any fuel, due to the boat being broken down, it hardly seems compensation. I’d steer clear of Penticton Boat Rentals if I were you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to rent boats and we can’t wait to come back next summer and rent some jet skis too. Timmy was fantastic in showing us the ropes and walking us through the whole ins and outs and also gave us some good suggestions on what spots to check out in the water. His training with navigating through the docks made the whole experience super comfortable. Also a shout out to the owner Jordan for putting customer care first as we had a small snag with paperwork and him and Timmy handled it very professionally. Lasts but not the least, the boat we had was a beauty!! Great summer memory indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved several jet skis a couple of weeks ago. When we got to the marina service was prompt and friendly.
The staff was great and provided good customer service. Rental jet skis were clean and in good working order.
Prices for rentals are along the same pricing as other rental places in Penticton. I would recommend booking ahead of time before your trip especially for weekends.
Parking is a little tricky here though make sure to ask where to park.

If you are looking for an afternoon of creating great memories for your family book the 3 hour pontoon rental with Penticton Boat. We have rented at other locations in the past and this company by far is the BEST in the Okanagan. They over exceeded our expectations. They are a 10 star customer service boat rental company! Thank you Jordan for the amazing day our kids are still talking about .

I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean everything was along with the safety protocols that were put in place. I had so much fun that I rented a jet ski the next day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from Vancouver with my family and honestly had the best time of my life. The boat rental workers were so kind and accommodating. The boat itself was super clean and luxurious. Jordan who drove the boat was a phenomenal host and we felt so safe with a sense of adventure. He was also incredibly patient with the kids. The view was Unbelievable ( got to see giants head mountain) . Would 100% come back again.
