A	Amberleigh Dauphinais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly how we were treated by the female employee today was insane. EXTREMELY unpleasant doesn't even come close to explaining it. We were wearing masks my husband had his helmet and mask on, I had my mask only but she proceeded to tell us we needed to leave without it, quickly backtracked, we were there to find a phone charger as we left ours and were on a 3 day motorcycle trip. She literally snapped at us saying no and they would never carry them anyways. Wasn't sure if I was going to go this far but another customer came out that witnessed this and said "wow she has attitude issues, that was unnecessary".... I'm not sure why she felt we deserved poor treatment but as business owners, the store owner may want to address this.
S	Serena Lemieux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Naramata for most of my life, i have so many childhood memories at this store and now i dont even feel comfortable going anymore. Theres this one worker who always glares at me, makes rude comments about my actions to other people (usually the other employees). Like man i just wanna buy a bag of chips and some candy but she just ruins the whole experience. Im 16 and even i know that at my previous jobs no matter how much you didn't like a customer, you still had to do your job and create a friendly work environment.. Everyone is so nice in naramata, i dont quite understand why this one employee isn’t, especially to a customer.
c	cohyn cutler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ from penticton but go into the store every chance i get. friendly workers and stuff is easy to find. came in today to see a middle aged woman (karen) without a mask harassing and recording the employees because she was hurt she couldnt wear a mask while getting mail like LMAO going store to store and harassing people isnt going to do anything go to the government and take it up with them but anyway the employees must have this happen alot because they handed it great and shout out to them will be back again
H	Heather Lemieux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Naramata for more than 15 years and have relied on this store for last min groceries etc. Unfortunately on Saturday Feb 19th, late afternoon, I went in with my friend who has a medical exemption in which he can’t wear a facemask. One of the employees was extremely mean to him, raising her voice that he had to leave, he offered her his medical proof of exemption issued by the government but she yelled louder and said he would not be served and kept yelling.. repeating he had to leave. Amongst her yelling we were able to hear her say that Naramata store does not recognize exemptions… but how can that be? Is Naramata store above the law? It was extremely embarrassing and we both felt very discriminated against. It’s heartbreaking that anyone would be treated so poorly! Especially in such a chill town that used to be so kind, caring, and peaceful:’(
T	Trennette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, and well stocked, general store that is great for small purchases or if you're looking for great beer or wine. Extremely friendly staff that care about their customers health and safety, and go beyond to help you find what you need.

I got the impression we were putting the cashier out by being there, but they’re the only store in town so I suppose it doesn’t matter. I got one of the sandwiches they’re famed for and it was...alright. There’s nothing special about it whatsoever, and is about what I’d expect from a sandwich at Petro-Canada. Cute store though, and fairly well stocked with the essentials. They also have liquor, which saves you a stop.
