Spoke with Jordy. Young, energetic, with a happy personality on the phone. Helpful, knowledgeable, made recommendations, nothing was a problem.
Mature, respectful: he put my order together on the spot, and told me they had a delivery service.
Good people skills, good communication skills. Easy to deal with. Delivery inside 30 min. Other party was thrilled. A very satisfactory outcome.
Excellent customer service.

My friend was very surprised! They delivered super quick and on her actual birthday!
I'm blown away by the service and kindness - will definitely do that again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic selection of cold beer!! Honestly one of the best selections in the whole okanagan valley. There are always new offerings coming in and often have tough to find micro breweries. Prices are also decent.
