★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penticton has some very nice stores and shops so many times you get to deal with the owner. Peach City Runners is no different. My experience with Neil the owner of Peach City Runners was nothing less than perfect.
I found the store was well stocked with high quality running gear, Neil took the time to explain the difference between brands. The other part of this equation Neil wasn't a pushy salesperson he listened and then tried to find the best product for your needs. Thanks, Neil
One more point that I think everyone should know about. The local running club is hosted at Peach City Runners. I did my first run with the group today and I was very impressed. The group was very friendly and welcoming as well they accommodated all different levels of runners. I was nervous the first time within minutes you felt like part of the group.
(the group did follow all the COVID protocols that are laid out by the minister of health)

He immediately said no problem and brought out a new pair for a straight exchange. This is wonderful customer service as I am in the industry meeting customers each day myself. Great service is so appreciated.
