I highly recommend Emma and her Britfit fitness system; it has improved both my mental and physical health and allowed me to live a healthier lifestyle. I would recommend her program to anyone of any fitness level that enjoys non intimidating one on one workouts with a professional trainer.

β β β β β I couldnβt recommend Emma more highly. I started seeing her after Iβd suffered a compression fracture in my lower back. She is very knowledgeable and tailored a workout routine that helped me recover completely. I look forward to resuming my workouts when we return.

As I work fulltime and am a more mature (!) client, I appreciate the flexibility of class hours and also the personally tailored sessions for my age and abilities. With just two 30 minute sessions per week I feel so much better and fitter without gym taking over my life! Emma's great friendly personality gets the best out of me without me even noticing! Highly recommended.

β β β β β Encouraging and cheerful, Emma offers a quick paced workout geared specifically for each client. I can definitely feel that Iβve worked out after each session!! A very well spent 30 minutes. I wish Iβd found her years ago. Donβt hesitate to give Emma try.

β β β β β I must admit I was skeptical that a 30 minute workout actually qualified as a workout. I was so wrong! My first session with Emma convinced me that this was the way to go. Emma has been guiding me twice a week since January. She is a life changer β- I sleep better, my balance is better, my walking pace has improved, I have more stamina when I work (12 hour nursing shifts) and last but not least, my jeans fit better! I highly recommend Emma as a fitness coach - she knows her stuff and is able to adjust a session to my energy level. But she is a little sneaky about getting the cardio inβ¦β¦β¦. And, just so you think it is too late for you to improve your fitness level - Iβm 72 ?
