We've eaten here several times while on business and staying at the Ramada. Very happy with the food, staff are fun and friendly, and are fully following Covid protocols....... except the bartender. If he is even wearing his mask, it's under his chin most of the time. On top of that, he is loud and annoying with his opinions and a detriment to an otherwise great meal experience. You really need to do something about this black mark on your business.
E	Enoque Gubiotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good menu selection and reasonably good dishes, food served by a friendly and courteous staff. We have the paella and T-bone steak! It was good! The cocktails were also good, the dessert was very good. Good ambiance and friendly setting. Very pleasant indeed!

It was snowing pretty hard outside so the place was very quiet. The service was great and the waitress was so excited to get some service in the place. Very attentive and constantly came by to see if we were doing okay. I love that they have an retro-esque theme going on and I love the design of the pub as well. Would love to see this place full of customers! Will be coming back for sure!!

Also, got to observe the waitstaff properly cleaning the table and sanitizing the chairs (lots of places forget we all touch the backs and arms). Great food - it is a hotel restaurant and was expecting good pub food but they elevated the options and the ingredients. Would repeat.

A	Anna Klering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a couple drinks and dinner. Started with the risotto bombs that were suggested by the server. They were delicious! Went on to have the pork stack (ribs, with vegetables and potato), it was pretty good, the pork was a bit dried out but falling off the bone. There was enough sauce on the ribs to still make them enjoyable. We also had the tuna poke, that was delicious. No complaints there! The atmosphere was comfortable, just don't sit under a TV if you don't want to feel like people are staring at you, as some of the TVs come right down to just above head level. Sports playing on all channels, but easy enough to ignore if you're not into that. The reason they're losing a star is because of our server. She was fantastic to start off with and she slowly got less and less attentive and professional as the night went on. Very distracted by the football game and other coworkers.

Steak sandwich with harissa sauce: superlative. The kolsch is delicious. Save my parking spot for next time we're in Penticton. (Sorry no photos, was busy feasting.)
