B	Bryan B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented out a double seater bike which doesn't go as fast as the amount of effort you put into it. It was also a little too small for me - knees kept hitting some bars (I'm 6'3). We thought we would need it for 2 hours, but man is that actually a long time once you're using the thing - was able to get some money back as we returned it before the second hour started. On top of that we also rented a kayak which was conveniently right across the street. If you're the heavy paddler, sit in the back.

No bikes, completely unapologetic that they had no bikes for us, had guests from out of town I booked for. Do not book with them …. Obviously took whoever showed up in spite of booking. Booking means nothing to this business , use another company cuz their word means nothing!

Big comfy seat and sissy bar with upright handlebars. (I’m 60, and appreciate a few things...) The guy was cheerful, polite and helpful. The trail, of course was amazing. Best $45 I spent all weekend!
A	A Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a Trail Bike to ride the KVR from Penticton to Chute Lake. A roundtrip of approximately 78 km's. The staff who rented the bike to me knew where I was going and provided a route map. However, what he did not disclose was that almost half the distance was on a very rough road strewn with jagged rocks and covered in a layer of fine sandy gravel, which made riding uphill very difficult without proper tire traction. The tires on my bike were wide but had virtually no tread from over usage. When I returned the bike, I discussed the issue with another staff. He agreed that their trail bikes were not designed for my route. Instead they were designed for easier rides on a well groomed path no farther than the first 20 km's up the KVR trail. This is were the first tunnel is located, and where most cyclist turn around. I am giving this company a generous 2 stars because they provided me with a complimentary lock, helmet and a bottle holder. If you are planning a ride similar to mine, I recommend shopping around for a proper mountain bike with decent tires. If you are planning an urban ride or to visit some wineries in Naramata, this Trail Bike should be ok. If you get a flat, a repair kit is provided and you will need to know how to change a tire. One last tip, the rental shop only takes cash. There is an ATM available, but you will be dinged a surcharge for using it, so bring cash with you. Riding this area is a lot of fun, please make sure you are armed with the proper bike rented from knowledgeable staff.
s	sepehr khatir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person is so rude, not happy about me trying different bike and find the suitable bike, they told us on the phone that after 1pm , their rate is half day but when I asked the guy , he said no, you have to pay the full day price. I ended up not rent bike from here and went another store in town which had a better bike and better rate and much more friendlier staff.

Just overall an amazing experience. They also have other types of bikes they rent out. The guy who rented us the bikes was really nice. Great customer service! If you're in the area and want to go biking go here!
