★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to this campground as visitors of family who are staying there. Immediately greeting by hostile employee that made us feel unwelcome. The enployee said we were on her private property which had no differentiating factors between it and the main roadway into the campground. She also said we couldnt park where we did and said her husband would come show us where security would allow us to park. Security never came. We advised the employee and she stated that we needed to stay put because they would not be chasing us around the campground to find us. We left our car off to the side of the road and left anyways, we waited 30 minutes for security to never come.
No sewer hookups meant using the outhouses (which we normally have no problem with) but there were no lights and they were almost full. Nothing like seeing and smelling other peoples waste during +30 temperatures.
Overall we got a very poor impression of this campground and it did not feel like a place that was welcoming. Apparently the rates are cheap if thats all that matters.
