He delivered the bikes to the Naramata Inn and made sure they fit properly re: seat height etc for an optimum ride. Kurt took the time to explain how the bike settings worked, had us practice to see if we had any questions, and then gave us excellent directions for places to ride for first time electric-bike users. The bikes were top of the line and not subpar rentals in crummy shape. My husband and I enjoyed the bikes so much, we would consider buying them. We highly recommend this experience!

He listened to my needs and preferences, and addressed them specifically - never once launched off into salesman jargon that leaves a buyer more confused than informed. I appreciated their sense of humour (flesh tone!!) and ability to read and gauge my needs. I didn't feel rushed, and staff are skillful and knowledgeable about their products. Kurt walked me through everything step by step patiently. I appreciated how if they couldn't answer a question I had, they'd consult or look it up, and find the information I needed. Brought a friend back three days later, who now wants to buy an e bike, and Louis, 17 going on 30, was an exceptional young salesman - so knowledgeable and mature. Thanks for such great service, Kurt and Freedom Staff. Had an amazing, scenic ride to the tunnel yesterday. I love my Como 3 e-bike! Trish

Very knowledgeable people who have answered all my beginner questions and have helped with all of my DIY bike repairs! Get in there!

I had made a mistake originally on my rental dates and the guys at freedom bike shop were able to help me rectify the situation without even charging me. Honestly top notch service. We were super impressed.

From the time you walk in the door you know you’re in good hands. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly have the customer’s best interests in mind.
