The owner contacted me and corrected the pricing issue. He or she was very apologetic and eager to set things right, great customer service.
Original Post:
Website showed $98 for a two day rental, charged me $123, when I raised the issue, manager stalled for 10 minutes and ultimately refused to honour the advertised price. Wouldn't use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. I placed an order online for a Christmas present. When I hadn’t heard anything by the time Christmas was close I called. They looked into it and realized there was a mixup in the system. He felt really bad and said he was going to send something a little extra because he knew it was a Christmas present. Even after I insisted not to worry about it he still sent it and kept in contact with tracking. All around just good people doing the little things because they care not because they feel they have to is the vibe I got which is few and far between these days. As a business owner myself who takes pride in customer service I truly appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team down at ski outlet helped a guy get in to a new ski set up. They Recommended a pretty rad looking set of faction prodigy 3.0. I was a little nervous with the length the recommended at first but once I got to the hill, DEADLY, loved ‘em. Felt comfortable, confident and looked pretty dang slick.
Price was right, service was awesome, and very convenient being right on hwy 33.
