★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their Butter Chicken, Lamb Curry and Tandoori Rotis. To be honest, reading the reviews, I expected their food to be good but my experience was just about average. I didn't like their Lamb curry at all, it lacked flavors and wasn't upto the mark. Plus, most of the pieces were very hard, they weren't tender at all. Few I had to just spit it out because they were so hard to chew. I didn't like their rotis too, they were very thick and I personally believe they weren't 100% whole wheat as i am allergic to wheat flour (maida) and the moment I had, I puked. So the only good thing about their order was the Butter Chicken, so 2 stars just for it! If you are craving for good butter chicken, then you can order from them.

I ordered Keema Naan, Chole Bhature and Chicken Noodles.
Keena Naan was good, worth ordering
Chole Bhature is not something I would recommend, chole were just below average and bhature seemed to be ready-made (like tortilla fried). It doesn't look traditionally made in the restaurant.
And stay away from Chicken Noodles. They use pretty thick noodles not the traditional ones, didn't like them at all.
So my rating remains the same!

I’ve tried quiet a few Indian restaurants that I’ve enjoyed, also including the one that preceded Ustaad (which I did not), and I have to say I’m super excited to make this my new favourite. Not only did Navy make my first experience at their restaurant exceptional by helping me order but the food was super tasty. Love, love, love! Thank you Navy and staff, we will be ordering again soon.
