★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick and the whole staff were a genuine delight to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and ridiculously helpful. Have never felt better taken care of and at home in a store, a true gem. The boot fitting process was thorough and complete with Rick going above and beyond to ensure the fit was perfect. His knowledge and experience on the mechanics of shoving your foot into a piece of plastic was fascinating to be a part of. 10/10 will be back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being disappointed by MEC ski shop, I decided to have my skis and bindings taken care of by Stay Tuned Sports. I have to say I'm very impressed with how efficient they are. They managed to get the job done by the day I requested. They did a great job mounting tech bindings onto my skis and were happy to answer any questions that I had. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here to have my skis prepped for summer storage. I was slightly hesitant as it is a 2hr round trip but my experiences with big retail stores has been less than desirable. I am really happy I did it! I finally felt as if I was in good hands. The service is amazing. And so so knowledgeable. This was my first season skiing so naturally I had questions. Thankfully the store wasnt too busy so I could just ask away. I learnt more in 30min than I had the whole season googling, asking store employees etc. I will always use Stay Tuned Sports while in the Okanagan. Besides, the 97 is a beautiful drive! Also pricing is fair and included in the spring prep is complimentary waxing at begining of next season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're new to Kelowna and needed new ski boots for the coming ski season. We tried a couple of other stores and frankly the expereince was underwhelming.
I did a quick google search to find Stay Tuned Sports and the expereince was stellar.
It seems like a family run business and everyone there just cares. They heard our needs, got us exactly what we needed and unlike other stores where we were just a transaction, they gave us amazing service / advice and we WILL be back.
Don't bother looking elsewhere, just come here to get all your ski needs.
