After looking for another ebike cycle shop only because I wanted to buy locally I came across Vintage Iron and checking out their product it was exactly what I was looking for. It was in the evening I sent by email asking what they had in stock and with in 5 minutes I received all the information I was looking for. I had them hold the white Synergy which I picked up the next day all charged and ready to go. I had them install tire liners and a rearview mirror. After getting home in the evening the front tire went totally flat. Called Tom and with no questions asked he drove out to Osoyoos with a whole new complete wheel tire, liner and tube. From the time I walk in to their well organized shop and their professional service I definitely recommend this company for an ebike purchase. Charles Teasdale

Tom took the time to answer all my questions on the phone with me, and then both he and Brad went over and above helping me find the exact right bike for my frame (I'm 5'2") and my budget. They made sure I had an orientation on the bike before leaving the shop so I became educated about the workings of my new bike, including how to oil the chain properly. They helped with security (alarm, lock), and the helmet with the flash for added safety. They made it all so comfortable and just easy to deal with them. I am a licensed realtor and I dislike the "hard sell, no service" that some places offer. If that's what you're looking for DO NOT buy from Vintage Iron because all you will receive is stellar service and exceptional quality in their products and bike knowlege! Plus, they are super cool and pretty funny - just an overall terrific experience! Highly recommend!

There is also a great selection of accessories and safety gear. We would definitely recommend purchasing a bike from Vintage Iron Cycles.

Bought a nice e scooter from these nice gentlemen, they service and fix these right in store. If you're buying an e scooter or e bike, I highly recommend these guys. They are the best in town!!! Wouldnt buy an e scooter or e bike anywhere else.

Tom was very informative on the bikes they carry and which bikes we would be best suited for, for the type of riding we would be doing. My husband & I now have our Ebikes and are very happy with them! I would give them a 5 out of 5 on every level and would recommend you go in and check out their bikes!

Tom and Brad were very helpful and knowledgeable. They hauled out bikes for me to try based on what I was looking for, provided instructions on how to engage e-assist and the throttle and let me ride around to test them out. No question was a stupid question and they answered them all. Highly recommend. Oh and did I mention they have some fabulous vintage looking bikes.

Brad provided great information on the bike I was interested in, and answered all of my questions. They have such a fun selection of bikes, if you’re looking for something with some personality check them out!! One word of caution, once you see the bikes in person, you may not be able to walk away from it, I couldn’t.
