★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a family and your not staying at the riverside. DO IT NOW !!! Great location. Great service. Absolutely incredible atmosphere. Everyone that stays here is super friendly and family like. Great pool and lounging area. Management is extremely knowledgable and always friendly. Rooms are very nice. Layout is perfect. Safe. Quiet at night and great prices. We won't stay anywhere else and neither should you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my family and I stay there yearly. we love it and always look forward to going back. if you're looking for a 5 star hotel this isnt it. the place is dated but we love it for its charm friendly staff pool and closeness to the beach. definitely not a roach motel it's a cozy place we love to stay at

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean motel! Staff were friendly, and upgraded us for free as we had more people than expected. We lost one of our keys but staff was friendly and didn't charge us an exorbitant amount. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riverside Motel is the greatest place I've ever been to, the service is always so nice, the owner is very welcoming, and above all the people are what makes Riverside. I've been there every year and I can say that the Motel is a 5/5. We all are a little community here, and that's what make's it a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is situated smack dab between the beach and the canel...5 minutes from a float to Skaha or to Lake Okanagan. It is very clean and run by a lovely family. It's an older style motel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location , 2 minute walk to the beach . The rooms look like they are well taken care of , you can tell they have been putting work into the motel , nice tile in the shower , hard wood floor and freshly painted exterior of building.
Kitchenette had everything you need , plates , frying pan , coffee machine etc etc ..
My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights , I would definitely stay again , if your looking for an average affordable place to stay , this is your place.
