b	bill murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for over 20 years. I travel a lot and have stayed at very expensive hotels/resorts. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton this place is not for you. BUT if you are looking for an extremely affordable vacation spot with one of the best beaches anywhere this place is for you. Sharon the property manager is excellent. Same families year after year. We love it.

The rooms are very clean and the manager is very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money and we will be back next year

My family has been staying at southbeach gardens camp and TV ground next door since my mom was little. Its owned by the same family. They are great people who work hard to keep both places super clean. The motel has a rustic charm but super clean and can not beat the location steps to the beach. All rooms have a kitchenette and and fold out couch. The staff are always there to please you. Now they provide basics but you do need your own food and condiment. Great relaxing family stay. You also have access to everything at the camp ground from playgrounds to full laundry room. The motel is a must to book months in advance as there are many regulars who stay and there are only 12 rooms. Which makes it even more quaint.

The beach is right across the road It's especially perfect for us because family members often camp at the campground next door. What sets this place apart is the AMAZING staff. Sharon is super friendly, helpful and always up for a chat to check in to see how we're doing. She even brought my young girls bubbles one day. We love this place so much, there's a reason why we keep coming back. Can't wait for our next visit!

Right across the street from Sudbury Beach on Skaha Lake which is my favorite beach in Canada! Tickleberries on the beach makes the biggest ice-cream cones! Right at the end of the Channel. Excellent location! I've been going to South Beach Gardens campsite since I was a kid and I thought it was time to try out Edgewater Motel. I was not disappointed! Sharon is an awesome and hospitalitable host! COVID-19 protocols in place, which I was happy about. I would definitely stay here again!
