★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe the squalor there-sad, as it could be a beautiful area but it looks like no one there cares and this place looks like a city dump. Maybe folks have just given up. I wouldn't make my cat live there. What a mess! If I could give this place no stars, that would be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has its ups and downs. It’s great being close to the lake, watching the eagles and deer, and being on the quieter end of town. However, being so close to the end point of the channel means horrific traffic in summer with drunk tourists and locals cutting through our community acting like idiots. Under new management this year, but even Covid didn’t help with the drunk tourists.
