★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was alright, the bed was clean,the carpet was filthy, found black hair, alot of it in the bathtub drain. Had to ask for clean towels, and to have our room cleaned and garbage cans emptied. Our window didn't lock properly. The outside of the motel doesn't look like the picture online. It's quite rundown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most awful staff I have ever interacted with! I am a traveller. I’ve stayed in many hotels and dealt with a range of hotel staff. I understand the stressors of the job but what I experienced at this hotel was unacceptable. Both staff on site today (10/09/21) were rude and aggressive and argumentative. They would not allow me to talk and just wanted to yell at me. When I tried to talk to one staff member (very politely) she literally walked away while I was in mid sentence! They overcharged me by hundred of dollars and kept denying it. They would not hear me out. When I showed them my receipt, they said it was wrong. The receipt was wrong!?! The printed receipt… the most bizarre experience have ever had in my life. It resorted to me threatening small claims court before they their mistake and reimbursed my money. No apology. Don’t go here! They are scammers and will try to pull a fast one on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and was quiet at night, close to the beach and major intersections. The staff was very friendly. The courtyard is nice to sit in at the end of the day. They allow pets and the parking is great!
The price is low and it reflects room quality.
The room was worn, cigarette burns on floor, and bedding covers. Old TV with screen decolouration. The window would not lock so could not leave valuables. However it felt clean so I did not mind as I was paying for a lower cost room in the area. If you are spending more time outside, who needs more than a place to sleep?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST motel to stay in when in Penticton!!! Service is GREAT, rooms are cozy & clean, you get the pool and hot tub and sauna from one of the sister motels, you’re a 4 min walk to the beach with the prettiest views and sand ever! It really doesn’t get any better than that! Plus you’re close to basically all major stores. Every time I’m in town I will stay here! Best motel !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and location were good. Offering a nice courtyard and a good playground for the kids. Room was decent, dated but had everything we needed. TV was old but worked. Downfall. They advertised the pool and sauna being available for guest use, but close it through the winter and didn't inform us before renting.. bummer. Disappointed kiddo. Courtyard was full or dog poo never cleaned up. Noisy guests next door and across the way, partying non stop disruptive. Kids and adults crawling through windows to access their rooms. But the overall experience was good the staff was EXCELLENT and very accommodating to our needs.
