★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal customer to this store since I started vaping last year. I purchased a new vape a little under a month ago and today it stopped working. I took it back to the store hoping to get it exchanged as I figured I was just unfortunate enough to buy one that was faulty, these things happen from time to time. But the guy was so rude. He accused me of dropping it or getting it wet which I assured him I didn't. He eventually gave me a refund and refused to sell me another one. Not good customer service in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I've rated Valley Vape with a five star, only because there isn't a sixth. This place is great. Not only does Valley Vape have one of the widest varieties of vape devices and juice selections around, the shop itself has a cool and laid back feel. Leather sofas, Xbox on a flat screen, and the owner is an absolute stand up guy. I was there this morning and he hooked me up to say the least. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I came in today looking for a disposable vape, inquired about mg dose and puff volume and flavors, every question was answered with sarcastic rude responses. I mentioned he sounded "exasperated"and he agreed that was a good word to describe it after a "crazy"weekend. I also voiced my surprise at the increased cost of vapes here compared to Alberta, which was replied to along the lines of "yep smoking air is cheaper". After I made my selections and received more poor attitude/disrespectful comments from this employee I mentioned maybe if he's so miserable he shouldn't be working there, to which he responded "I'm fine this is just a personality conflict"........? I was simply a customer inquiring about purchasing a disposable vape, personalities are irrelevant to business and I'm shocked at this poor customer treatment! I will never step foot in this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boooo and Shame on You!, to the guy who was working here on Tuesday April 26 in the afternoon. Rude, disrespectful, abnoxious, unhelpful, arrogant, no people skillls ..... arghhh. I will never go there again, nor would I ever send anyone there. Go to EZ Vape instead. Only gave 1 star so I could write this review and hopefully save someone from the miserable experience of dealing with this unkind, irritating, time wasting person and his ego.
