They arranged my unit at a moments notice and saved me money when we checked out of our unit too. Amazing experience with these ladies.

He downsized from a house and out my brothers belonging in storage. When I arrived to see him, he wanted to send my brothers belongings to him in Montreal. I had the forms from self-storage and the keys to the locker. I met the movers there to load up. Nicole was so helpful went through a series of questions and offered kindness and understanding as I tired to complete this task for my aging father. She made sure that she stayed within the boundaries of security before she showed me to where the locker was. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me. When I told my father who was still in the hospital, he said she was the one who first helped him with the locker. He said he would use them again in an instant because of Nicole. Not to mention how clean the place was. Fantastic service and good prices. Thank you Nicole. Lynn Coady

She took the time to accommodate me during her end of shift and was very understanding of my situation as a college student as I arrived 5 minutes before closing (Be sure to call ahead and communicate with them if you are reserved! She really do anything just to make you happy at the end of the day. Definitely recommend this storage place. Price is great as well compare to other storage place.

She is very personable, kind and has been so accommodating to our needs. When she committed to calling me back and correcting a small mistake she made, she was diligent in rectifying the situation and alway kept on top of informing me all the work she did to resolve. She displayed such resilience in handling the multiple requests she had in a short period of time, and didn't even take a lunch break. I really want to thank Mac and everyone at Smart Stop Self Storage for all their help and generosity in making our experience great.

She stayed late to make sure I had access to my storage. The communication was great from the first time I got in contact with me and they really made me feel so appreciated. I never once felt like a number. I’ll recommend this location over and over. My husband and I love the place and the atmosphere.

I have been with my fair share of storage company's. Over the last 3 years. In all different locations, i have even lost 95% of my belongings because of a misunderstanding. What i can tell you is that a storage units are just 4 walls... That it's the employee's that make the experience. I took 1 last chance with ever trusting storage company's again. Nicole and Mac are exceptionally fantastic at what they do, they both genuinely care about the people. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. They actually make it enjoyable paying a bill so to say. Like your not mad at all because you know your money is going to people who more then deserve it. Thank you Nicole and Mac for everything you do and will continue to do for me and my family. recommended anyone looking for a unit that you would be in good hands with these two sweethearts.
