★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Got everything that I needed and more. I didn't know that I could get my fishing license at the customer service desk - so was pleased about that.
Everything else that I needed for ice fishing was also in stock and I was good to go, when I got up to the cottage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Sail and all their outer wear items. I often pop in just to walk around and see new items. Initially on this visit we went to buy a Canada Goose jacket however the brand no longer is carried. The silver lining we got a comparable jacket for significantly less. Good job Sail!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely limited stock on footwear, as in they had zero shoes my size. Okay selection of clothing, but fairly expensive. When I come in for the sales, I'm usually fairly disappointed with the selection and leave empty-handed. Lots of outdoor accessories which are nice. You can find better prices and selection if your willing to go into Toronto for the outdoor stores there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are quick to help. Warranty and exchange policy is solid and email receipts male it super easy if there is an issue. Vast array of camping fishing hunting supplies. I love the sail brand items. Great quality and value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience from phoning in to coming to the store. Everyone I’ve interacted with was highly knowledgeable and efficient. Never had to wait for an associate or waste time unable to find a product. Product choice and quality was the best out of all outdoor shops I’ve seen, and the prices are quite reasonable too. Just wish it was closer to Toronto.

Not a outdoorsy activity superfan, so this location’s selection was more than enough to find what I need or ever want to try. Lots of items on sale and the store is clean, organized, set up nicely between the floors.
