This crooked business knowingly took my money and sent used goods, the wrong size, scratched out the label, added an x to the xl AND called it a 2xl, then say that their policy is no returns. I trusted that they would ship what my confirmed order stated but don't make the same mistake I made. The size they actually sent me was on sale for $39 so I paid $99 to get the larger size new. My mistake was trusting these people.
T	Teven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my packages are missing. hero outdoors will not pickup there phone or respond to messages at all. :( I hate this place. He responded about my package. And said he follow up the next day. So I mentioned not to send it and to get a refund because it is too late. And i already purchased a different gun. i would maybe not buy from here again. Maybe its good in-store.

I placed the order January 21 which noted delivery of a week. I called January 28 and was told that it would take another week or so. We are now approaching April with no delivery. I have been trying for weeks to reach them but the phones don't seem to be working and no one is responding via email. Can someone please reach out to have this resolved?
R	Rose Aniol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order on Nov.11, 2021 for items listed as being in stock. The charge on my credit card appeared on Nov.12th. By the end of the month when I had not received any tracking details for shipping, I tried phoning this company however I was never able to reach anyone. I reached out by email and received a response three days later. I was informed that my order was coming but that no tracking information was available. When the items had not arrived a couple of weeks later, I reached out once again and asked to have the charge reversed until such time as the items were shipped. I was asked to please allow up to 20 business days to receive my items. As it had already been more than 20 business days I asked to be reimbursed UNTIL the items were shipped. I was then informed that there were NO REFUNDS. At this point I became concerned and started reading all of the reviews from other customers which I probably should have read prior to placing my order. It may be coincidental, however the order was shipped by Canada Post with a tracking number only after getting the credit card company involved. I received the order on Jan. 12, 2022. The items were new in the original packaging and exactly as described. Given my experience however, I will NOT be dealing with this company again, nor will I be recommending anyone.
T	Tyler N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my brother went in yesterday and bought a bunch of stuff, it's a great store they have a ton of stuff and you will be there for hours looking through it all. I don't get all the negative reviews as they have great customer service, I even forgot a charger I purchased there , wasn't in the bag when I got home so I decided to message them and I heard back in 5 min they are going to sort it out and ship it to my address. Fantastic service and quick! Also the people there in general are great. Will definitely be shopping there in the future.

I eventually found my way over here after not seeing much movement on it and then saw a pile of bad reviews regarding shipping and communication. After a few unanswered emails and phone calls, I eventually gave up. It wasn't a large order so I just assumed I took an L on this. Eventually they cancelled part of my order and shipped it after 37 days. Took 3 days to receive the package in province. Overall not a great experience. If you order something that happens to be in-store, you will most likely get it much faster. If not, they may sit on it and you're not gonna know what ships or when they plan on shipping it. Just keep that in mind when you're browsing the huge variety of inventory on the very clean looking website. Don't order anything you need immediately.

It is one of their house brand items and it has the most horrific shape I've ever seen. Barely even resembles a jacket. I don't understand how anyone can sell something like this.

The only improvement would be on the notifications and communication. The order took about 3-4 weeks to arrive which was completely fine but when I inquired about status after 2 weeks I did not hear back - so I was a little concerned. Again, great products delivered and I would order from here again.
