Why would I
3 saws put in for repairs all three had to go to another shop after literally within a week because they weren’t repaired. Recipe proof to show.
Then the attitude at the front desk because I mentioned it.
How are you guys in business!!!!!
If I don’t care is your only response. You probably shouldn’t have a job or this business be in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 experience everytime I shop their, their dealer support is fantastic; during snow fall of January 17th 2022 I had a problem with a piece of equipment that I needed, they took care of me and had me all good with in 1.5 hours of dropping it off. I usually deal with Shannon when buying tools/equipment but on January 17th I was taken care of by Anna and she was amazing, thank you Shannon and Anna for the killer service and thanks to the hard working gentleman in the back for fixing and cleaning up my gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant answer the phone. ever. Wanted to buy a few mowers and bagging kits. Just wanted to call to ask if they had what I wanted but I tried for 2 days and always voicemail. Decided to bring my $3000 worth of purchases elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pretty much yelled at by the girl working the front counter. I’m pretty sure it must be a family business because there’s no way she would still be working there otherwise. All I said was I am only going by what they had told me about the repairs instead of arguing with her I have taken my mower elsewhere to be repaired properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude customer service. Also was told 5-7 business days for repair. Then 7-10 days. They still have my snowblower blower over a month later. One time I called they said “if people like you did not call we would be able to do our jobs faster”. I was also told that they have no time to eat……. It’s deeply disturbing what’s going on there. I will never buy any item where Crowne is the warranty provider. These guys are over their head. They should also take customer service classes.
