The service was bad with the supervisor being rude and inconsiderate. No integrity No service. I sent my lawn tractor for changing the broken snow blower belt. Was told lawn tractor transport charge would be $85 and belt would cost $43 or thereabouts. They triple-charged me for the belt and double-charged transportation charges having me pay much more than $400 for just a broken belt whereas the whole lawnmower cost $1600. I expect I would see a new (fake) review bumping up the rating higher but the if you go through the reviews you will know this is not a decent place to do business with

Wow I was in the process of looking at tractors and probably the most important thing to me when I make a purchase this large is being able to have excellent support when it come to getting parts and technical information. I do most of my servicing on my own equipment. Its very disconcerting that a simple wiring diagram can't be provided to the customer without gouging his for more money. My boat even has a wiring diagram in the lid of the battery compartment to aid me in simple troubleshooting. I would definitely not deal with any dealership that does not have any technical expertise and support. I am surprised to say the least that a large reputable manufacturer like John Deere lacks this. I would certainly be in touch with John Deere parent company to see if the norm for this type of culture within their dealerships. I alway research my decisions before making a large purchase and find these google reviews very helpful when it come to making the decision. A tractor is a large investment and good technical support is a must for me.

Highly recommend this John Deere dealer. Especially the service department. Leanne looks after her customers and goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. Should you have an issue Leanne Alexander knows how to make things right. Excellent mechanics that will bring their service to you likeThomas and a parts department that doesn't keep you waiting. Friendly greeting from Joy at the front desk every time you call. Rod makes each pick up and delivery make you feel like you're an old friend. This place is well run in the tradition of how things used to be years ago .. treating customers with respect. All businesses should be run like this. Well done Brian.

Call and ask for Iain. He stepped up to the plate and delivered 10 days ahead of schedule. He was easy and efficient to deal with. He even tossed in a hat for my son which he loves.! Thanks.

This location is ok, lady behind the parts desk is super rude and short with customers. She definitely has an attitude about her that makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her. If you have the opportunity I suggest any other John Deere dealer.

No longer a friendly family business. Have been happily having my lawn tractor serviced for many years here. When I booked for service this time I specifically asked for the early special rate and my usual free delivery. Unfortunately their written assurance that all inspections include a written estimate is not true. What written estimate? When time to pay the initial invoice was incorrect and they agreed to correct it. They had to consult the manager first. After correcting their errors they decided that they would only charge me an additional $40 for delivery. I explained that I had free delivery promised and never been charged before. I was the told that their cost have increased over the years they and needed to charge this to cover expenses. It felt like I was dealing with a smoothtalking dishonest car salesman. The family friendly person I dealt with in the past I was told has left and is no longer there. The mistake was theirs and I had to pay for it. Not fair. Beware of extra charges and inflexible policy. Demand a written estimate.

Great service, and nothing came out in a box. Machines were filled with gas and tested before passing them over to me.
