I purchased a bunk bed from this company and I am very unhappy with the quality. The bed does not assemble together with the allotted supplies. As you will see in the pictures the top rail does not fit. My husband had to purchase extra-long bolts to even make it even fit together. The screw holes do not line up and in many cases are not drilled to the proper size. The lower bed frame supports do not even touch the floor they are at least an inch off the ground. In addition, we are missing a piece to support the overall structure. I reached out to customer service and have had no update or resolution. Stay away from this place. They don't even have a phone number that should have been a red flag. The savings is not worth it. Shop somewhere else. My rating is zero out of five stars.

I purchased something through their on line auction. When I went to pick it up no one was answering the door. So I replied to the text that was sent to me regarding pick up, and I was told basically that I am the one that chose the Edmonton Location, and they put a laughing emoji after their response. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across.

This place is a joke. I bid on a c shaped pregnancy pillow and won. Picked up the item and once home and opened it, realized it's not even close to the same item. What I ended up with was some huge over sized blanket thing you wear like a sweater. I immediately called customer service and they told me I had to email customer service with all the info and pictures to prove what I'm saying. Like how pathetic and incompetent is this place that a pregnancy pillow is mistaken with a wearable blanket sweater and then I have to prove myself via email, why not just bring item back to store??This place is a rip off, dont waste your time with these guys. Just buy from amazon, they will actually ship to your door and are happy to refund or replace items no questions asked.

This place is amazing, a lots of fantastic stuffs with comparable price. We bought the barbecue grill only 30 bucks and it’s very convenient to handle outdoor party and camping. Their stuff are very passionately helping you find whatever items in store. Lovely place will come back!

ZERO STARS! Purchased the 8x8 Gazebo on our holidays, followed the directions to set up correctly. It has a wind up umbrella roof, and during assembly, the cable snapped. We spent $400.00 and contacted them immediately. At 1st Jasmina was nice at first, but we have not heard a word since we contacted them for warranty on the cable. We have tried to contact them several times, at the warehouse and at the warranty department. Only to learn they started the claim under the wrong customer information to start with. After getting that straightened out, we were promised a followup. Their warranty department has not confirmed that the replacement part has been shipped. This has been ongoing now for the past 4 weeks. It seems they were happy with our money and not service friendly to help when things fail. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this product at present. I will remove this survey if / when they resolve the matter..... Update Sept 10th, 2020. We have been contacted by the warranty division of this style of gazebo. They will not warranty any parts, as they do not recognize Mega Store as an authorized retailer for them. So, my final review stands as this. ZERO STARS!!! The manager there will do nothing, has never called us to explain his actions and has never invited me back to discuss the issues. He must be quite happy to line his pockets $400.00 each time he sells these, but no mention that there are no warranties-AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE! This was my first time there and my last time there UNLESS they replace the part, WITH A FULL WRITTEN APOLOGY. I would be happy and will remove this review. If they don't come to the table to discuss in a polite manner and resolve the issue I would listen, as I am not a hateful man. They seem to not care, about follow up, only to make money. I feel like I have been robbed! So, this review stays here....Scott So here it is November 2020. This company has not even had the decency to call me or to reach out to resolve this situation. Again they were quick to take our $400.00 to purchase this gazebo, but not in the least interested in helping to repair it. NO WARRANTY on this brand new product in the box, buyer beware, do not purchase anything at this establishment!!!!! Just a heads up, as of today, Nov 16 2021, this company and its manager has never contacted me, has not attempted to resolve the original issue with this failed component for the gazebo. I will not remove this post as a result. Do not waste your time or precious dollars here, as you will not get a refund, no warranty, no help whatsoever.

Huge selection and sorted nicely. It is a calm place to shop and some great finds like neon signs, tools, fridges, gadgets and mini game consoles. Definitely worth the stop!

Please be careful of the things you buy from this people especially when tagged 5/5 or 4/5, "is not new". I bought a machine auctioned as 4/5 for $365 but this machine is missing parts and was not working. When I contacted the customer service they played, deceived, and lied to me for 7 months and finally gave me the machine back that it has been refurbished but surprisingly I got home to test the machine only for me to discover that it was all lies, they even took all the remaining parts of the machine. I called customer service only for her to tell me that everything has been resolved. How? When? Where? I lost my money($365). This people are terrible because they made me understand that they were helping me by selling things cheap, for my hard earn money. Money I work hard to earn. Terrible people that sell faulty things and returned faulty items from stores as brand new. I learnt my lesson the hard way. The customer service lady talk as if she was programmed to say things to avoid taking responsibility of faulty items they sell. I don't know why this kind business does not have a standard. They tell lies and deceive their customers. So disappointing and sad!

I discovered this place on my why to biancas. I wanted to buy a few things but I happened to ask what their return policy is and they said everything is final. I wanted to purchase a light for 70 dollars and want going to risk it not working. So even though I didn't buy anything I am rating this place low because of their return policy. They should at least offer in store credit.
