★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst moving experience possible. Save your money and move with pickup trucks. The pod that was GUARANTEED to arrive between 8AM and 5PM which is a giant window! Was over 4 hours late! My help had all left for the night and I was left to unload alone! What good is a GUARANTEE if you are that late?! Oh and yes the $100 that they gave me as compensation is a pathetic attempt at best to compensate me. I will NEVER use this company again and I will make sure anyone I know doesn't either. They were given the chance to make this right and they chose to insult me instead. I would rate a 0 out of 5 but I need to give a 1 star to be able to post a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shopped around at lots of similar companies before deciding on BigSteelBox and we're so happy we did. The communication from everyone we interfaced with was fantastic and pickup/dropoffs of the box were right when we requested (they even confirmed where we wanted the door side of the container to be oriented). The container shipped out to our new home ahead of schedule and everything worked smooth as could be. Thanks so much everyone involved, we will be singing your praises to anyone in need of moving services for many years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire process of booking my bin, having it dropped off, picked up, stored for two months, then dropped off and picked up was seamless. The various people I dealt with throughout the process were coordinated and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend BigSteelBox to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I used Big Steel Box to move from Ontario to Alberta. Kanaan and his co-workers were very accommodating, also all of our items arrived when scheduled, nothing broken. The drivers were very professional, and friendly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Offered a larger container for $1000 less than pods. More importantly, didn’t give me the run around wasting my time when I requested a quote. Straight forward, no gimmicks and drop off and pickups always on schedule and professional. Highly recommend.
