★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a 2 bedroom suite. its like an apartment. living room, full kitchen with everything you need to cook and island that seats 5. Full size fridge/freezer.
1 bedroom has double sinks and shower other room has a deep bathtub. its so deep that id say about 3ft deep. good for 2 people its also long. Also it fills from the ceiling! basic shaw cable.
only the room with the on suite bathroom with the shower had a tv which we never used. we just needed a room for our kid to sleep in. both rooms have mountain views.
suite has a good size balcony with table and 6 chairs. no smoking sign on deck.
now for the cons. honestly this place would get 5 stars from me if both bed rooms had a tv.
if your a super light sleeper you can hear big trucks on the highway sometimes. it is on a secondary road with trees to block highway. its not that loud or bad. the people above us are loud.. sounding like they move furniture for hours heavy walking. and running their bath several times maybe a party or something.. not hotels fault. the rooms are very clean has everything a hotel would have. and room service options.
bonus things. elevator and trolley in underground parade also has stairs up from lobby. so no removing snow or cold vehicles in winter. booking, checking in was super easy. our keys worked everytime. and just a drive from banff but in a more low key area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was dark and dirty and dingy, couldn’t even read in the room the light bulbs are so weak.
The carpet was filthy, there were 3 remotes and still couldn’t get the tv to work properly. The room was hot and smelly, I had the air conditioner running 24/7, and it was still too hot, this was in May! Will never go there again, worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come to Canmore a few times a year and always stay here if we aren’t camping. Excellent hotel for the price. Huge smoker tubs, full kitchens and laundry. Underground heated parking. It’s got everything, and always helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a 2 bedroom apartment on the beginning of December 2021 and enjoyed our stay. They have free of charge, heated underground parking so you don’t have to worry about your car not starting in this cold winter months. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Bathroom had a huge soaker tub so I would suggest bringing some bath bombs! The only downside were the TVs. They need to upgrade to smart TVs. We were able to connect the TV in the living room to our laptop to play Netflix (using cable, screen mirroring doesn’t work). TV in the bedroom however is a lost cause. That’s the only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the little kitchenette in the room. In a very nice location so close to tims and the highway. Beautiful views of the montians.
The shower had some amazing pressure and the hole in the roof to fill the tub was very neat!
However. Our room was freezing! In the information book in the room, it said to adjust the heat panel in the room. The thermostat in the room was not working at all! Completely dead.
We also had a split room (door way to a connecting room) and the walls might as well have been paper as it was impossible not to hear your neibours at all.
Lighting was very dim and dark.
Lots of switches that went to nothing.
Would love to come back in the future and hope we get a better room as I did really like the location/room size/ and price, but not so sure...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to stay, our room was excellent, but not really wheelchair accessible. Close to anything you want. Very well kept, the staff was very kind and courteous. Last but not least the view of the mountains is spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here about a month ago and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with mountain views all around. I arrived a few hours before check-in and they were still able to get me to my room. The underground parking is very spacious and nice.
The location is ideal as it is near gas stations, fast food restaurants, and the visitor centre. It is about a 20 minute walk from downtown Canmore.
The room itself was bigger than expected and really clean with great lighting. We had a kitchenette as well as a giant bathtub. Bed was big and comfy. Some people in the other rooms were a bit noisy at night but that’s not the hotels fault.
I absolutely loved the outdoor hot tubs. So nice and peaceful, and I bet they’re really enjoyable in the winter as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and I would stay here again whenever I am in Canmore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would've given them a 4 star as the place was very spacious for 6 guests. The thing that shocked us was its when we were taking a shower we noticed a "nipple tape" on the wall of the shower. I can tell it was very easy to miss as it blended with the tiles but this definitely made us question the cleanliness of the room. I talked to the supervisor and was told to leave my contact information as the manager will be getting in touch with me but I received no calls from the management. So i dont know what else to say but good luck in your future stay .
