Not our first time in the place but First time Self check in and out and no problem. Management's email communication were thumbs up. Place highly recommended.
B	Bailey Chomitzky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. Nice and clean, throughout. There is a communal bbq that we had no issues getting use of. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious. Close enough to everything that you can easily walk through Canmore.Great place to stay for a few days.
A	Amir Mazor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and very affordable. Unit is dated and have some issues. We stayed at the lower level unit, you can hear every movement from the upstairs one. Bathroom sink was plugged, dining table is very tall and chairs are low so it’s a weird setup. There is no one on site so you can’t get an extra blanket or towels, they say it’s due to Covid but other hotels don’t have issues like that. The place need some love and guests need to feel welcomed and comfortable. If you look for an affordable place it might be a good fit as long as you don’t expect too much.

K	Karan Rathod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not give even one star to this accommodation, the rooms are dated, no customer service, and the most interesting thing was no locks on bathroom doors so anyone could enter at anytime specially when you’re with kids. Personally do not prefer it and the customer service said they cannot do anything about it. Would not recommend it and not staying here again ever.
J	Jacquie Dawkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Chalets are centrally located, with easy access to groceries, specialty shops (coffee, pharmacy, etc), restaurants, etc, whether you’re on foot or have a vehicle. The two-bedroom unit we rented was spacious and comfortable. Each unit has it’s own keyless entry, and plenty of space for outdoor shoes and coats. If you want to save money and prepare your own food, the kitchen comes with stove, microwave, fridge, dishes/cutlery, and dishwasher. For those with youngsters or folks who are prone to dribbling on their clothing, there is even an in-suite washer and dryer. If you are the ‘stay-in’ type for the evenings, the lounge area is cozy and offers Roku entertainment, as well as an XBox console and games for the gamers. The owners of the property are very responsive, and they aim to please. We had one small glitch with the entertainment system that resulted in replacement of the whole unit on our second night. We will definitely be back in the spring/summer/fall to experience the property at different times of the year.
S	Sue Yerex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a two bedroom... pros...close to main street , covid protocol good especially dishes in dishwasher, sanitizer available although the pump did not work Cons... only 2 burners on stove function, dining chairs and couch very uncomfortable ...worn out, rugs worn and dirty, large wall clock non functioning ? Batteries, furnace blocks out train... if a place leaves you ear plugs there are noise issues they are not mentioning, plugs wont hold in recepticals... needs new plug ins throughout, nice microwave... a casserole dish would be a nice addition, definitely not a $300 a nite hotel

Train is super noisy and close but I personally didn't mind but those I was staying with sorta did. There were 4 of us, which they knew when we were booking, but only were given two sets of towels and the extra sets were not full sets. There were a few minor complaints but the stay was very good all in all.
