โ โ โ โ โ EDIT: Just another reason to never be returning; 3 out of 4 people recieved CHEMICAL BURNS from the large hot tub. Tub was not even up to temp (like a lukewarm bathtub at best) and by the end of staying in for our soak, we had blisters and rashes that felt like sunburn and vinegar in cuts. Went to talk to hotel management and the pool maitenance guy said that there was a massive chemical imbalance and it had to be shut down and drained. He then proceeded to tell us we had chemical burns and how to treat them. None of us were offered anything for compensation. What place doesnt regularly maintain and check their pools/hot tubs???????? Do NOT go here.
Definitely wont be back here. Happened to stay here because a friend had booked it. Dirty gross place to say the least. There was cat food(???) in the guest bathroom right in the middle of the floor so that means that the place definitely wasnt cleaned. We were promised a 2 bedroom 2 bath with queen beds in both rooms and only one room had it. The other room was 2 single beds. We tried pushing the 2 beds together but the one bed literally fell apart without even moving it. It was very obviously previously broken and nobody did anything about it.
Overall a very icky vibe in this place. I didnt even want to walk around without shoes on ?

โ โ โ โ โ Gorgeous apartment and the hot tub and pool facilities were a huge plus! Beautiful views, very clean, lots of utensils etc for cooking. Would definitely recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ This place was excellent. Clean, and well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and appliances. I couldn't ask for a better experience with this Air B&B. The pool was very clean, as well.

โ โ โ โ โ We booked the massage service there. It was good. Service was great and we enjoyed that thoroughly. Hot pool was great too. Expect little more friendliness but all in all good experience. Much relaxing and good value for money

โ โ โ โ โ EXCELLENT customer service. We stayed for 4 days for a Banff ski holiday. It was close to town (walking distance) and had a great pool for the kiddos and hot tubs.
On our 3rd night we came back to find water POURING out of our bathroom ceiling. It seems the people in the suite above us had flooded their tub and failed to mention it to anyone at the resort. The staff was very quick to respond and in no time they had a plumber up there (after 10pm on a Sunday night no less). Brandon at the front desk was excellent - he was apologetic that he couldn't move us that night because they were fully booked. But the following day he put us in another suite at no charge, and also didn't charge us for the previous night when we had a wet bathroom with fans & dehumidifiers going. Sometimes things happen that are beyond one's control. But it's how you deal with it that matters. It wasn't the resort's fault there was a flood, but they were very quick to react, very accommodating, and Gary, the manager, refunded us the two nights for the inconvenience. I was most impressed how they handled it. And I will most definitely stay at The Lodges again.

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty decent accommodations, with full kitchen, balcony and fire place. If you are going in the winter be careful in the outdoor pool. The steps ice up and staff do little to maintain them. My daughter slipped on the icy steps getting out of the pool and injured herself pretty bad.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service at reception - very polite, knowledgeable and excellent. Always willing to help. If you want a spare key, they will give you one without a fuss. Same goes with extra coffee etc for the room. The lodges are conveniently located. Safe underground parking. Just walk outside and a good view of the three sisters. Two trails to walk by, the Spring Creek trail and Bow valley trail. It's a 15 to 20 Minute walk to town. If you don't want to walk there is the Canmore Roam Free bus 5C on the main road, you can make a trip to check out the city and get off at the town centre to pick up some groceries at Save On. Plenty of restaurants too.

โ โ โ โ โ Gary was super nice at the front desk! The location was so nice! Great views, love the patio, and the pool/hot tub was glorious! Rooms are amazing! All a little different (we had 5 units). There was a bunch of bunny rabbits that came up to us and even let us hold them (hard to catch though ?) So fun. Highly recommend! Thanks again!
