Forgot an item in our room after we left and the staff was very accommodating and helpful with getting the item to us. Out door pool and hot tubs were so fun! Underground parking was lovely! Honestly best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Pros: super friendly staff, amazing two bedroom with excellent views, all necessary amenities and then some included, tons of bbq’s, smooth check in and underground parking. Excellent overall Cons: people will hog the small hot tub for hours and I mean hours. Makes me think they make it their personal bathroom since they never leave. Went down twice spread over a couple hrs and never got a chance to enjoy the pool or hot tub. Solution: book in 30-60 min slots in order to give all lodge occupants a chance at enjoying the facilities.

We were surprised there was no microwave in the room, especially with no restaurant on site. We enjoyed the outdoor pool amenities and the towels provided. The pool did not look as glamorous as in the hotel pictures and there is lots of noise from the highway.

I was super impressed with every aspect of this place from the below ground heated garage, car wash bay area, outdoor pools and hot tubs and the super friendly staff which catered to everything we needed. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was basically a small house with everything you needed it was very comfortable and cosy.

Realizing there's a hot tub, we decided to try it out before our dinner appointment and it was very relaxing. Would go again 5/5.

Lots of room for the kids to play around in, beautiful views, great staff, clean, everything you need. The pools were amazing. No REP program needed, felt so normal and welcomed. We will be back more and very soon. Highly recommend

We had to move some of our guests into alternate accommodation while we dealt with an issue at a property we manage and they were patient, and kind while helping us get the last-minute booking sorted out. The guests were extremely pleased with the room and the amenities at the resort as well. Those two have excellent guest service completely dialed!
