J	Jordan Swain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay $445/night for the room plus $130/night for cleaning plus taxes then another $300/night deposit so all in all you spend just about $1000/night on a room and then they continue to send you emails of lists of cleaning duties what the hell am I paying for!!!! Pretty view from the room outdoor pool was ok but definitely not worth the price for all the extra hassle included
E	E YYC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright. The pool has rules saying not to bring drinks, yet an entire group just kept drinking in the tub and were blasting their music. Didn't really enjoy the $400 we paid for the room to have that experience as that group was hogging the tub. No one mans the pool but they should at least check once in a while as if you're going there for a night and you chance to share the pool with a big group like the ones we had - there is zero chance of having peaceful time in the tub. Or time in the tub at all. $400 ain't worth it for this room. Better to find a room that has a jet tub.
M	MK Speedlab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here with some friends. It was a nice place but I found the bed/pillows werent very comfortable and the ventilation was loud and always running. The hot tub was great but the pool felt a little on the cool side.

The condo was very clean, the rooms were spacious with lots of room for our 7+ person group! The resort was very quiet, with mandatory quiet times. The only complaint was how small the pool & hot tub were. They were very small considering how big of a resort shares them. However, they were clean and well heated for the chilly evenings. Overall a very enjoyable stay!!

Clean, good kitchen amenities and the two bedroom suite allowed our family of 5 to spread out and be comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot tub is lovely but we found it too crowded although we tried visiting during different times.

However, very disappointed when we wanted to use the hot tub at 9am on checkout day, and they hadn't uncovered the water, and pools weren't warm or ready, etc. When we're told that certain amenities are 9am-10pm daily, I take that for granted and expect to be able to use them without disappointment or delay. They need to be more organized in that sense.
O	Oscar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Just enough out of they way to miss the people congestion but close enough to get to everything quickly. I enjoyed the private underground parking because we had some heavy snow a couple of nights. I recommend and would stay at Stoneridge again. Negative: Seemed to always be almost too warm in hallways and lobby. Always made our room too warm. Opening the doors and the windows to our room helped a lot. Paid off in other ways too like; the view was awesome.
T	Tara Holst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacking cleanliness. On arrival, I ended up removing food and cleaning dirty kitchen wares from the previous guest. Very visible pink scum along showers edge in both bathrooms, means they haven't been touched in long while! We stayed 4 nights and the room was lightly touched up on the 3rd day. Beds were made and towels refreshed but that's it. Floors clearly needed a vacuum but it was ignored. Also doesn't make sense to clean a room on a 3rd day when you only have 1 night left. Requested a clean a day earlier and was told arrivals were a priority. I stayed in Jasper 2 nights (in December) in a 3 star hotel and it was cleaned everyday without request. So can't use lack of staffing as an excuse, maybe more training is needed. Not expecting it to be cleaned everyday but if you are only going to touch the room once, I would expect it to be done well, especially if it is a long stay. In addition, the lady working the front desk in the evening never greeted us when we passed by numerous times, even after my daughter would say hi to her. She clearly did not want to be there.
