About One Wellness
At One Wellness Physiotherapy in Banff and Canmore, we don’t just treat the injury, we treat the whole person. Each of our clients receives a comprehensive physiotherapy evaluation and examination in a private one-on-one session.
We offer extended appointment times to ensure that all your concerns are recognized and incorporated into an individualized treatment plan that works for you and your lifestyle. We pride ourselves on working closely with your team of health care professionals, including coaches and trainers, to ensure the best management of your needs.
Both the Banff and Canmore One Wellness Physiotherapy clinics are located within athletic facilities. With every physiotherapy session, our clients enjoy a complimentary same-day pass to the facilities.
One Wellness Physiotherapy provides an environment that allows all members of our community to achieve their individual goals including alleviating pain, regaining function, and returning to optimal sporting conditions. In addition to our technical expertise, we offer the support and encouragement needed to achieve great health. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and me just received massages from one wellness spa. We are very happy and relaxed. From the moment we entered we were greated by a very sweet receptionist with a nice fluffy robe, towel and sandals. We chose to get massages at the same time and make use of their steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. They have ice water, delicious choices of teas, fully stocked showers, and easy to use code lockers. Both of our massage therapists provided excellent service (warm towels, warned my robe) and both of our problem areas are doing so much better! I saw a couple older reviews complaining of price and service, I'm glad I ignored those. A one hour massage and use of the facilities was $120 in loony Canadian money. I'm unsure where people would get a decent spa quality massage for less. We'll be back the next time we're in Banff. Make sure to try the tea!

This time around I was disappointed that the relaxation room was no longer part of every appointment. Currently pregnant working as a nurse with a toddler at home I was looking for that full experience of peace and relaxation. The massage was still great just unfortunate to not have access to the lounge, steam room, and showers afterwards.
