We stopped by this bakery on the way home from Banff! Very impressed with the quality of their pastries and desserts. The raspberry danish is so buttery and flaky and is definitely one of the best I have tried?. Food: 5 / 5 ? Service: 5 / 5 ?

It is the must stop location after a day in the mountains. A coffee, a Danish and a loaf of bread ease a lot of soreness. We tried the Valentine's Day special, a play on a classic French tart, and it was incredible. Visually stunning and absolutely delicious.

Delicious pastries and gourmet sandwiches! This is the best cafe in Canmore for us! Their croissants are so buttery and flaky, Chocolatines are deliciously amazing, oozing with chocolate goodness inside. One of their best is their Monkey bread, it’s like a croissant-muffin with cinnamon flavour. Don’t forget to try their lattes and flat whites! They only have one size for coffees, but it taste fantastic! Definitely coming back!

This is hands down the best Bakery I've tried. It's consistently amazing. Never only get 1 almond croissant, always get 3. You will regret just buying one, it's that good. The croissant is in the top 3 most delicious and memorable things I've eaten in my life. If you're in canmore, come here.

Love this place! I go every week for sour dough and croissants. My favourite is the almond croissant. Everything is made from scratch. You can taste it in each product. Pascal and her team are so lovely and provide fast and pleasant service. This place is a must in Canmore!!

Would return. Edit:( Returned) Flaky, crisp and buttery. Their pastries are high quality and comparable/better than Blackbird (Toronto). The blueberry tart was very very good. Generous filling, creamy but fruity - wrapped around by buttery flaky pastry. I recommend you try this. Coffee/latte is good/par for expectations. Edit: Came back for more. Blueberry is hand's down one of the best in the country including shops from QC/ON. I will definitely miss this the most. Raspberry not quite there. Pistachio + Cherry cake is solid.

The BEST bakery in Canmore without a doubt. The pastries here look amazing and taste heavenly! The lamination on the puff pastry is incredible and it tastes crunchy and rich in the mouth. I had a blueberry Danish that was luxurious and indulgent. The almond croissant had just the right amount of almond and was also really indulgent, as it should be. The owner (I presume) answered all our questions and explained things about the various confections and was overall just really nice and patient with us. I would love to come back here again, but unfortunately I'm from the east coast

Large selection of beautiful, rich, & tasty treats. Treats are packed well to accommodate travel. Dessert flavours & textures pair nicely for decadence with each bite. Danoises are also particularly good with the hint creaminess in the filling. Highly recommend this patisserie for the European feel & quality (5/5).
