G	Gopi Parmar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not good in communication. They provide cheap packed stuffs inside paper bag in the name of breakfast. We paid too much for one night. Totally dissatisfied.
E	Eireen Limdico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I stopped by to check in the front desk told me that the room I was booked in had checked out at 11 am and housekeeping is still cleaning a different room around 11:30 when I stopped by to check, i asked the front desk if there is a different room available, she went back and asked and said that there is a 2 queen with the same price as the king size bed I booked. I told her I would call back at around 1:30 to check again, then we had lunch and called her back at 1:30 pm to check. She said that our room isnt ready yet and the 2queen bed that she told me that’s available right away was not available until 15 mins to 30 mins later. So where did the 2 queens that she said was ready? I told her I would cancel because if it was me I would have told the housekeeping to prioritize the room since she already knew about the situation, we were at a time crunch and dont want to get ready in a public washroom for a wedding. I called other hotel and they gave us a room right away saying that they would move things around for us since its an important day for us and our family. I tried to made changes to the reservation since we are coming back but with this kind of service there’s a lot better hotel.
T	Terrence Huebner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet was a bit lack luster. The kitchenette was pretty good ?. The free "bag" breakfast was ok I guess... I mean, it's super 8... It's good enough. No complaints

They also don’t do stay over service which means if you stay longer than a day your room doesn’t get cleaned until you check out. They also don’t follow up on noise complaints. You get what you pay for. Very disappointed.

Got to reserve the hot tub so it was just my husband and I. Which was a wonderful way to end the day after a long hike. Beautiful view of the mountains. Will definitely be back.

It's just a bag fill with cheap snacks. Not the breakfast I was hoping for. - Front desk lady wasn't the most friendly. She has an aggressive demeanor towards customers. I think it may be due to improper training on approaching people. The hotel doesn't have much in terms of amenities. - No room service unless you ask for it. Overall, if you looking for a place to sleep and to leave early in the morning then it's good. If you're looking for a slightly better stay then look else where.
