★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the butter chicken (with paneer), and the beef dip and both were amazing. The cheesecake was so silky and creamy, and the date and carrot cake was super yummy too! Service was incredible and you can't beat the view! Will be trying to return on this trip, but will definitely be coming back on our next!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bankhead was a brilliant discovery for us on our recent Canmore visit. Went for dinner and were warmly greeted and seated and served by Amal. The restaurant is VERY simple. It’s not about decor, it’s about an extraordinary food experience. We had lamb sirloin (delectably crisp and tender and so tasty) and beef short rib (40hrs sour vide, and buttery tender). It was easy for Amal to convince us to come back in the morning for brunch. The eggs Benedict was perfect, with a hollandaise sauce worth writing about. And all plated to impress. Another diner has the French toast and said it was the best she had ever eaten … I’ll try it next time, as there certainly will be more visits! I wish this new endeavour a long and happy existence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent and so was the service. I had the Thai Red Curry with salmon which was awesome. I should say about the hot chocolate which is delicious even he offered us a complimentary hot chocolate. The restaurant has a vey nice ambiance and a cozy bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food with incredible taste and affordable price. Former Chef of Eden at Rim Rock. Great location. We ordered Fried chicken and fried cauliflower as starter, the chicken was crispy and juicy with amazing taste and presentation. The sauce they drizzled on top was amazing. The main was beef sandwich with smoke cauliflower soup and amazing dip. Chicken BLT was excellent and Thai red curry shrimp was so tasty . Overall excellent experience and tasty food. Highly recommend to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good food and went for dinner (10mins before closing but they still took us in). We ordered the butter chicken and the chicken sandwich with fries on the side.
Everything came so fresh and delicious that I forgot to take a photo.
The butter chicken was so rich and the chicken was tender, it was so flavourful.
The chicken sandwich was so juicy and I very much enjoyed the fries.
I didn't forget to take a photo of the carrot cake which was super moist and warm, and topped with vanilla ice cream and candied pecans.
Would totally visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The potatoes are delicious and so are the chicken sausages. The waffles were crunchy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. Great with the berries and sauce.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
