R	Rebekah S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great. The apartments are modern with nice amenities. We stayed in a 1 bedroom on the first floor. The room was pretty clean. We went to the hot tub one night. It was relaxing and had a great view. I would be rating it 5 star if it wasn't for the noise/ lack of insulation. With a unit above us it was like being in a basement apartment. We could hear every step, and with a family of 4 above us for the first night, there were a lot of steps. It was so loud it was distracting to even watch TV. With less people above us later in the week, it was still fairly loud. You can't make a noise complaint about someone simply walking across their unit. Every unit door opened and closed was easily heard. Every voice outside was heard clearly within the unit. It's really a shame because I loved the amenities in the room, the kitchen and living area. But because of the noise and lack of sleep, I won't be back.

The view from the hot tub is amazing! My sister really enjoyed the Rocky Mountain soap products in the bathroom, they’re her favourite now!

No matter how quiet you are, you’ll get a noise complaint. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything - and you’ll get noise complaint after noise complaint. If you go to bed at 8pm, this might be the place for you!!!!!!

Everything was well organized by the team caring for us for the weekend. We did have some small issues when we arrived, but they were quickly rectified and we appreciated that very much! I will absolutely stay here again in the future.
B	Bibi Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean efficient studio room with a full kitchen and washer dryer. We didn't have views or parking but were able to find street parking with no issues. They send you instructions on how to enter the apartment using a lock code the day before your start of stay. The staff on the phone are very very helpful and friendly.

D	Devin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed at basecamp resorts multiple times but this was the first time staying at basecamp suites. The 3 bedroom suite looked nice upon entry, but as we started checking out the suite more thoroughly we noticed it was quite dirty. Some of the pots and pans were not clean (looked like boiled pasta stains on the sides) and a few of the plates had leftover food. We also noticed the floor wasn't vacuumed all that well as there was hair, crumbs, and a piece of plastic. Also on the main dining table there was a sticky substance. We cleaned the plates and table and when we called the front desk they brought new plates. But we're quite disappointed given that we've been in the pandemic for almost over 2 years now and almost every accommodation says they are doing additional cleaning due to covid and check in times are now 4 pm instead of 2 pm. But if the unit isn't going to be cleaned properly and you're going to charge all this $$$ then it should be up to standard. I clean my own house better than this condo was cleaned and try to do the same when I leave a hotel/Airbnb so I would expect the same in return. Won't stay here again unfortunately.

First, the kitchen was beautiful, stocked with everything you could possibly need (bowls, wine glasses, etc) and it was so awesome to have a dining room table to have snacks and play games. I love having a full size refrigerator on vacation and it was definitely put to good use! The best part of staying here was the amount of room in the suite. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us all some room to get ready and have our own space. There is one hot tub sight, and the weekend I was there at least, it was usually empty or people were pretty good about getting out after 30 mins. The location is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Canmore!
