K	Kimber C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front staff was awesome . Gemma went above and beyond. She was always smiling & so friendly & helpful. We had the 2 Q suite with separate sitting room, kitchenette. The room was clean & comfortable. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Hope to stay there again soon!
K	Karamchand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: For someone passing through , it has all the amenities that a traveller needs. We loved the hot tub after a long day of driving. Negative: We left at 5:00 AM.There was no one at the desk and the little bit of coffee in the carafe was cold.

A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is great because the rooms are large and the mountain decor is wonderful. The staff is very friendly, and the outdoor hot tub is my favourite. Unfortunately, we didn’t get housekeeping service for our stay so that was a bit disappointing. The rooms are a bit dated, and the TVs are SmartTVs but don’t actually work like SmartTVs so when you click the Netflix button it doesn’t work - it’s a bit misleading. We called the front desk to ask about it and they said it just doesn’t work.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location was good. Free coffee at lobby but powder coffee creamer is gross. Good value. Nice gym if you want a work out. Negative: Pool closed at 10 pm. Too early.

I found the parking stalls to be quite small, but that could have been due to the fact that there were a lot of large trucks and our SUV couldn't fit in between them. The Hotel room was much bigger than expected, since it had an extra room with a little kitchenette. We are a family of four, and had requested a crib be in the room for our stay. We had to remind the front desk about the crib but they didn't end up charging us extra for it so it all seemed to work out. There was a 0% chance of us being able to check in early unfortunately which was disappointing due to the fact that there was a wedding we needed to be at at the same time as check in. I would have appreciated more flexibility but it was not their obligation. All in all, the room was clean and the beds were moderately comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite. I would probably stay here again, but it certainly wasn't a 5 star hotel.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location Negative: I was not given the room I asked for, I was charged extra for my dogs (not 15 but 50 per dog per day) and for moving rooms. There was long black hairs on the towels,and gross toe nails in the bathroom. They do not follow Covid protocols of masks.
