★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, working hard in -45. Hats off to them. The room was big and comfy beds. Views of the mountains are also amazing and the hotel is near Banff. One thing I would like to complain about is the coffee in the room. Not so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a long weekend and the hot tub had just been refilled and was cold. It took most of our trip to get back to temperature, extremely disappointing. They ask you to clean the dishes in the kitchenette buy, don't supply dish soap and expect you to trust someone else's washing. Great location, service was as expected. Towels provided had makeup stains. Overall a very average or below average stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I liked having a kitchenette--I have several allergies and can't eat at restaurants without risking my health. Nice to be able to travel and prepare my own food. Room was warm; beds comfy; shower nice and hot with good pressure. Negative: The people in the room next door seemed to be loud--noise came through the wall fairly readily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in at 1:30 in the morning after the Holiday Inn had an evacuation. The gentleman at the desk gave us a great price, the room was warm when we walked in, it was very clean, beds comfortable and an amazing view. It was also super quiet, I liked it better than the Holiday Inn, definitely a hidden gem. I would highly recommend and I can't wait to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price, I was very happy with my experience. Room was spotlessly clean & spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were great. TV was new. Older decor, but it didn’t bother me at all - adds to the charm! Definitely happy with my time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an older hotel, but it is very clean. The kitchen was sparkling clean. The beds were comfy. Pillows were decent enough. The staff were great. I also like that it is motel style and your door goes to directly outside (rather than a hallway). This is really helpful when you are traveling with your pups. The price is fantastic. My number one concern for lower priced hotels is if it’s clean enough. It certainly was. I’ll stay here again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here several times. Great value during the winter. Comfy beds, mostly quiet, friendly staff and a hot tub. Pet friendly, they even provide you with a dog bed, bowls and a treat.
Feedback to the owners - please make the room numbers more visible from the parking lot. Its hard to find your room. Room 103 needs new curtains . There is a very bright light outside of the room and its hard to sleep .
